Operations Center Overview
Managing users, apparatus, devices, and video review for AARs.
Overview
The C-THRU Operations Center is the administrative and analytical hub of the platform.
It allows training officers, command staff, and administrators to manage devices, users, and incidents while reviewing recorded footage for After-Action Reviews (AARs).
1. System Access

Platform: Web-based application (desktop or laptop recommended).

Login URL: Provided by Qwake (unique to your department).

Credentials: Issued by your department’s system administrator.
If you cannot access the site, contact your Agency Officer or Qwake Support.
